Disabling Workshop Mods in the settings menu causes two reproducible issues.
- NPCs with workshop models will enter a T Pose and be moved off position.
- Attempting to change another NPC’s model to a workshop model will result in a fatal error.
When heading back into the condo, it seems that one of the NPCs disappeared:

At the end of each clip, the game crashes.
This issue can also happen in another player’s condo.
