[0.8.8.1] Chainsaw Deathmatch back button is hidden

The collection book page for Chainsaw Deathmatch has a back button that is extremely hard to click.

In the screenshot below, the button is impossible to click.

By resizing the window to an extremely small size, you can see the very left of the back button.

The same effect can be seen with:

  1. Top Earned from Jackpots (Grand Quest)
    image
  2. Top Earned from Jackpots (Triple DIamonds)
    image
  3. Ball Race: Memories Best Times - Level 10
    image

Below is a normal collection book page with a visible back button.

Pressing ESC should work.
