[0.8.8.0] Dirty Canvas Glass is Refractive

This is a comparison between Glass Pane and Canvas Wall (Dirty Glass).

I don’t think dirty glass is reflective REFRACTIVE. At least, give us the option to toggle it for glass textures. Since the reflections REFRACTIONS? make anything next to the glass look really unusual.
This is most noticable if you wanna change how the side of Highrise looks.

Left Side is canvas glass.
As you can see, it makes this unusual effect of duplicating anything behind the glass (Dirty glass shouldn’t do that right?)
