They stay in the air even after the game is over :

This happens with a lot of minigames; when Fruit Frenzy is over, the fruits remain on the Minigame pad after the minigame is over. You can still touch them and collect them, though they do nothing for you. It’s only temporary and they will vanish on their own.
I have tried to collect them but they were still there.
