[0.8.3.0] Rc dragon as player model

I know there was something posted relating to this in crusaders, but was not sure about the rc dragon.
Rc Dragon appears as users player model and has collisions as such.

i think this should be a thing we can get, i find it funny to be able to get a tiny version your yourself
