I have tried enabling/disabling it, restarting my game, restarting steam, etc. No generic methods I could think of is working. Using DX11. Should note that it works with tools, but not when you have nothing currently equipped, like when you want to have empty hands.

It only shows up when a weapon is equipped, this is intentional.
Quite annoying when I need to have a weapon/tool out just to have a crosshair. If it was intentionally removed, why not just make it an option to always draw or only draw when you have an appropriate item equipped?
