[0.6.6.5] Pool tube float small model, pool tube animations not right with workshop models

as you can see (ignoring the chat), i am floating above the water, and my characters arms are way to high.
(the animation seems to be an issue with all workshop player models since all the ones i use seem to float like this on this pose, plus using a small potion on normal default characters also seems to float above water, although not as much as the small workshop model)
