I have two monitors. My primary monitor is 1920x1080 and my secondary monitor is 1440x900.
The game launches only on the 1440x900 monitor. I can’t use fullscreen or borderless windowed mode on the primary monitor as using either of these moves it back to the secondary monitor.
The only way I’m able to play it on my primary monitor is to put it on windowed mode, move it to the primary monitor and run the application Borderless Gaming to force a simulated borderless mode, which causes some cursor position not lining up with the screen issues, scrunched text, etc.
This has been an issue for a very long time (since 0.3.0.0 or a release or two before that), but the latest release is now able to display the fact that it doesn’t even recognize my primary monitor as being there.
