I don’t know if you will understand by these screenshots, but this was the lighting in Midori flickering in the exact same spot. This happened at all times in all the levels of Midori. It kept flickering and was really annoying.
It is your graphics settings and is a glitch with the low shadows setting, I’m pretty sure at least.
When your shadow quality is at the lowest, the lighting flickers, but if it is at the max, the lighting does not flicker!
Yeah, it is a known bug with Unreal Engine.
