Players cannot receive compensation for a score higher than 255 in laser tag. They also cannot receive anything for more than 20 melons in ball race. I do not think either of these caps is intentional.
The melon cap in Ball Race is intentional.
We’re not aware of any intentional cap in Laser Tag, but we can look into it.
