This game was created from the lobby. Just look at everyone’s ping.
Also, the guy was apparently from germany, which is only one country over from where I am (czech republic)

This is not a bug, but a change in the feature that we have to make.
It picks the player who has the best ping to the Lobby server, not to everyone else.
