Basically I can’t change Texture Quality, Shadow Quality, Effects Quality, or Post Processing Quality down from Ultra.
I don’t know if it matters, but here are my specs:
GPU: AMD 6970
CPU: Intel Core i5- 2500K @ 3.30 GHz
I have the same issue, i change the settings depending on where i am, so when jumping into condos or the plaza my settings will be different, for example i’d put effects on ultra in condos but i’d run full low in plaza, but now im locked on ultra and i cant go into the plaza because i’m basically locked at 10 frames unless i run it in “doom mode” and just had my quest slots machine with 2k jackpot stolen from me due to my lag so im not going to play the game till this is fixed because i’m incapable of gaining funds due to this bug, please fix this as fast as possible so i can continue to play my favourite game, I don’t have the best computer in the world, im pretty far from that and i can barely run the game as it is and this to me renders the game unplayable, this used to run so much better on gmod and im sad enough as it is as i can barely run this game, PT plz fix.
