[0.18.9.0] FPS stutter when entering the Laser Tag queue room

Entering the Laser Tag building in the main plaza area causes a horrible stutter every time. FPS also seems to be lower while standing in the building compared to standing anywhere else in the Plaza.

This stutter and the FPS drop is because the laser tag arena is loading when you enter the queue room.
