Yeah this is exactly why I was confused, I can’t think of any other interactable item that turns off when you lock it.
Some items have properties that allow you to turn off interactions, for example beds can disallow sleeping. I feel like that’s a much better option for this >_<

It would be nice if the team could consider interactable items having the option to be interacted with on / off in the properties, I think it would be a very welcome change!
I was working on adding an interaction setting to all interactive items that allow you to set who can use it: Everyone, Admins/Permission, None. I’ve been too busy with other aspects of the game sadly to finish it.
