When your build goes out of bounds of the condo the water visuals seem to disappear, I had issues with that while playing on previous versions, but it seemed to fix itself and I had water drawing properly. After some updates to the game the water just disappeared again.

Build something out of bounds in the condo, the water visuals will disappear.

I expected that water would draw properly.

The visuals of the water disappeared.
