[0.18.6.0] Condo guests can no longer place objects

As it says, even with permissions it would seem guests in my condo can no longer place objects. I’ve had a few different friends try, restarted, reconnected, etc.

They were able to build earlier tonight, so I can only assume this is related to the most recent update.

This issue should be resolved in the next hot fix.

I’m looking into the issue, along with the mover SDK issue. I’m aiming to get a fix out ASAP.
