[0.18.5.1] Media Dynamic Lights dont function when enabled

When Media Dynamic lights are enabled they do not work. I have max graphics everything ultra and the Media Dynamic lights do not work anywhere

Steps to Reproduce
Enabling them

What I expected to happen
I Expected them to work and show the videos current colors in light on the surrounding surfaces

What happened
Media lights don’t work

Bump. I face the same issue with an AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT, Ultra preset, newest driver version (24.12.1).
