[0.18.5.0 VR] Buttons on Oculus Touch controllers still do not work, even after the recent bindings update

(Playing on Meta Quest 2 via the Steam Link app)

Despite the bindings for the Oculus Touch controllers being updated in 0.18.4.0, I am still unable to interact with the game with the controllers beyond moving and rotating around with the thumbsticks. None of the buttons work.

I am however able to select options on the big main menu screen by pointing at an option with a controller and pressing E on my keyboard, which is a bit difficult and frustrating for me to do while trying to play whilst standing up.

I’m on Meta Quest 3 (Got it as a X-mas Gift!)
I can confirm it as well.

So far changing binds via Steam’s TU profile is the only way.
There’s a few options like Use and Run.
But no Fire or something similar to the Left Click button.

I’ve just tried rebinding but it hasn’t had any effect, the buttons still don’t work.

To clarify, did you turn the triggers into a button? Like the right controller’s trigger as a button?

Yes I tried that, doesn’t work.

Bumping this to add that using a gamepad kind of works - like with the keyboard, pressing X/Square to interact with something only works when pointing at it with the right VR controller.

So far for me with the update now both interact and Fire key use the same trigger so it’s like pressing both Left click and E at the same time.
