You can use sprays on some vendors. The most egregious example is the bird vendor of the gardens’ face.
A strange bird indeed.
There are a few others you can spray, these are more nitpicky, but I figured I would bundle them together.
Here are ones I found:
- The very tops of the heads of both the furniture store man as well as horizon condos in the back (if they roll a masculine model.)
- Franky
- Fresh vendor’s right arm
- Celebration’s hands
- Santa and King Arthritis
King Arthritis kind of rocks the galaxy brain look. - The visiting creatures (did not check extensively)
Most vendors seem immune, like most of the humanoids, kalarry, and kalleira. I did not check the casino.
I assume the intention was to remove spraying the vendors as a possibility for all of 'em.
