The camera while fishing seems to be bugged, you cannot turn your cameras angle or move the bobber across the full radius.

Steps to Reproduce
Fish in any eligible body of water in 0.18.0.0 and try to move the camera.
What I expected to happen
I should be able to change the angle of my camera with right click and move the bobber across the full radius shown.
What happened
The bobber could not move outside of a small square, and the camera does not turn when holding mouse 2. The cursor also appeared on the screen.
