[0.18.0.0] Emote Menu not working with all hotkeys

The latest version is [0.18.0.0]

Summary of bug here.

Steps to Reproduce

Simply press C and open the Emote Menu.

What I expected to happen

To be able to unbind an emote.

What happened

When I press 8 as it’s hotkey I get this unbound prompt but I cannot interact with it.
It works with 1-7 but if you want to bind it to 8 you get this prompt.

On my end, C+8 works, but does display as “UNBOUND”.
The keyboard shortcut still functions and lets me use the bound emote, it just displays incorrectly in the emote menu.
