Summary of bug here.
Certain accessories are just completely off on the default model.
Cig:
Cigar *A few more of the face items look slightly off as well:
Eyepatch *All glasses accessories feel too low down:
Wrist Items (All are at the elbow):

[0.18.1.0] All wrist and glasses accessories seem to be fixed but face items such as the cigar are still off

*If you change Outfit on default model glasses break again
