[0.17.9.0] Condo Guest builder disconnects when editing Mover Train Speed

yeah, my friends (not host) still sometimes disconnects whenever they use sliders on values in the sky volumes and post processing volumes- this is still present by the way.

Clients with permissions could edit sky & post process volumes and often gets kicked from using sliders on the values. It’s similar to other bugs involving clients editing stuff like movers and getting kicked in the past which have been fixed! so I’m hoping this one’ll get fixed too.
