[0.17.9.0] Condo Guest builder disconnects when editing Mover Train Speed

When visiting a friends condo and allowed to build, editing the Speed value of a Mover Train consistently causes me to disconnect from the condo server.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Join condo with building permission
  2. Edit Properties on Mover Train
  3. Change speed. I moved the bar up high.

Of course, I expect to be able to edit the speed without being kicked from the server.

This affects other slider editors as well. I made a change to the slider to have it submit the value instantly for Post Process Volumes and for clients it shouldn’t be submitting that instantly.
