[0.17.8.0] Models banned (Marked incompatible) can still be used

Ran into a user using an inappropriately dressed playermodel and looking at it, it has already been banned (marked as incompatible) yet it’s still working as in-game I could see it.

Steps to Reproduce

When a model is “banned” aka marked incompatible, simply change it from hidden and it seems the game doesn’t care.

What I expected to happen

The model to no longer work since it’s banned.

What happened

I could still see the model fine.

Notes / Media

I’ve sent a report in but I doubt it’ll be looked into since it’s already been marked incompatible.

From what I know this has been a thing for awhile as I once saw a user with a banned model mentioned being able to do it, but simply choosing not to since that’s probably not on purpose.

I can’t really test the specifics as none of my models have been “banned” and I’m not friends with anyone with a “banned” model.

If you’re reporting using Steam, we can’t see it, that’s why we added the our own method for reporting workshop models here:

https://towerunite.com/sdk/rules#Reporting%20Content

As for the model you’ve mentioned, I believe I’ve removed it now. Usually we set incompatible as a warning, then issue a full removal later, but that wasn’t the case for this model (we didn’t set the incompatible flag on this one). Unfortunately we don’t have the ability to query if a model is marked as incompatible in-game, though.
