Summary of bug here.
Because of the recent changes on youtube’s end, the trailers for the condos: Theater, Courtyard Villa, and Smooth Autumn no longer play inside the Horizon condos store.
However, this can be circumvented using what was found in this thread:
Essentially just reuploading the videos in a higher resolution
Steps to Reproduce
1.Go into Horizon condos and try to view the condo previews

The videos to play in game

Videos no longer play in game
