[0.17.6.0] Sky Volume - Respawning causes fog settings to not apply

If you die and your respawn point is inside/affected by a sky volume (global or local), the volume’s fog settings won’t actually be applied.

This can be fixed by toggling the volume off/on or (if it’s local) walking out of the volume and back into it.
