Summary of bug here.
Having your voice chat bind on a button on your mouse will not work if you are in certain menus such as:
-Game world menus like vid show
-Blackjack or roulette after the game has started
Occasionaly the voice chat icon will show after spamming the button which is shown in the video but its inconsistent
Steps to Reproduce
Please list how this bug can be reproduced, if possible. Pictures would be much appreciated!
1.Set the voice chat bind to a button on the mouse ( Used thumb button 2 in vid)
2.Try to talk in a menu

The normal behavior.
