Place a snowball item in your condo, then drop it on a canvas snow texture
What I expected to happen
I expected the snowball to remain visible when in the snow
What happened
When I drop snowballs on the snow material, the snowball disappears. As a result, I cannot pick them up.

Although they are no longer visible, the item finder says they are still present in the condo
