[0.17.3.0] Teleport Volumes cause performance issues

The more items are placed inside a teleport volume the higher FPS drops it causes.
Tried to make a button that would teleport everyone inside my house to a different place, but when I placed down the volume I started noticing the issue. Tried to disable the Player and Physics Filter on the Teleport Volume but it did not changed anything.

For now as a workaround I used a Spawn Tag Volume and just use the World Control to kill all players to teleport everyone away. This does not causes any performance issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Place down items and move a Teleport Volume over it. I think it changes case by case based on PC. Mine started dropping frames around 300 items. With over 1000 items the game becomes unplayable.

What I expected to happen

No performance loss.

What happened

Lost frames.

Trying to look at the FPS counter in this video

Seems like streamable ate the video bitrate.

125 Canvas Cylinder - 60-59 fps

320 Canvas Cones - 47-48 FPS

1149 Canvas Cube - 3-4 FPS

If I had to guess this is probably the game checking to teleport every item in the volume every frame, which probably shouldn’t be how a teleport volume being disabled works.

I find it odd that it’s even doing this at all though since these aren’t physics items.

Teleporters are now optimized in the next update.

Shouldn’t cause FPS drops like that anymore.
