When putting items or building in the Void beyond the Art Studio map, once you reach a certain distance away, the game’s framerate is halved significantly, and drops more when other players load in.
Steps to Reproduce
Place items, especially particularly large items, anywhere more than 10000 units away from the map origin in the void. (10000 up and 10000 over is a good way to do it).
What I expected to happen
The condo to not lose so much FPS, when earlier builds, even when more complex but in a more compact footprint, did not have this issue. And for the framerate to not bog down further permanently upon visitors loading in.
What happened
The average framerate dropped from what was around the capped 60FPS to just under 30, then further degraded to just 8, making the game virtually unplayable.

The Art Studio condo is used often to allow players to build an environment that is not affected by any map lighting whatsoever and can allow large-scale builds outside the bounds without the worry of map elements being in the way. However, this bug cripples the Studio’s potential and severely diminishes its ability to host such builds, and as such I’m taking any and all builds made in the studio and moving them to my Smooth Dirt which is far more optimized for larger builds.
