[0.17.2.0] Nightclub Screen materials appear black on canvas primitives

Summary of bug here.

Nightclub Screen Wall materials render completely black when applied to Canvas Primitives but appear correctly when applied to map surfaces

Place any Canvas Primitive and change its material to any Nightclub Screen Wall

Canvas Primitives to display Nightclub Screen Wall

Canvas Primitives are completely black

It does display it, you just have to turn up “Glow”.

imo the issue in that screenshot is that surfaces that are built into condos lack a good chunk of the canvas properties, such as glow.
