[0.17.13.0] Default Skeleton Model, Misaligned Cosmetics

The player rigs got updated which caused these offset issues, The fixes are supposed to appear in version [1.18.0.0] I believe.

Milk carton wearables look odd with new rig [0.17.12.0]

Wearables on the milk carton player model seem broken with the new rig update. Steps to Reproduce Equip wearable while using milk player model [20240614175753_1] What I expected to happen For it to look similar to previous versions as so [20240523163728_1]

[0.17.12.0] Wearable items are misaligned
