[0.17.11.0] Mover Travel Speed/Rate is Inconsistent

The mover controllers when assigned to an IO such as a trigger volume, the mover speed is not accurate at all and is sometimes super fast or sometimes super slow, sometimes the interpolation just breaks all together.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a controller mover and attach it to a trigger volume that the player can interact with
  2. Attach the trigger volume to a group of objects. In my case I had some blocking volumes, buttons, and canvases as well
  3. Try jumping into the trigger volume
  4. Eventually, you’ll notice even though the travel rate value is the same it sometimes goes so fast you cannot even step on the canvases, or goes so slow it is barely moving

What I expected to happen

The travel rate to move the mover controller at a reasonable, consistent rate.

What happened

The mover ended up being very unpredictable, it went slower to the point where I was barely moving, and in the end it ended up going so fast it went out of the map in smooth dirt without really changing any values. Also towards the end it would jolt into position rather than gradually moving.
