[0.17.11.0] Joining Bumper Cars Can Get You Stuck Under The Plaza

Since the Bumper Cars update came out, I have the urge to play with other users in TU, but then I found myself getting stuck under the Broadwalk from the Bumper Cars arena.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I joining Bumper Cars via the ticket booth near the Ferris Wheel.
2. The game eventually starts.

What I expected to happen

I spawned in one of the the bumper cars and get myself stuck under the Bumper Cars.

What happened

I’m stuck under the Bumper Cars.

Same issue as this one:

This is due to bumper cars not limiting its player count to 8 like it was designed, so there were too many players spawning in causing the game to place you into at the origin of the map instead. This is fixed in the upcoming hot fix. For now, I’d just wait a bit before hopping into an active bumper car game so cars are not blocking the spawns or only use the cars that are there before the game starts.
