When playing the Balloon plaza minigame, hitting the balloon from below dead center sometimes results in hit particles (a small gray dust cloud) and hit sound but the balloon doesn’t pop and you get no points. I noticed that shooting at the edges of the balloon seems to be a more reliable way of popping it, but it may be just placebo.
Steps to Reproduce
Play balloon minigame, stand right below a balloon, shoot it dead center. You need a bit bad luck and a bit of lag (I’m playing from south america)

The balloon pops and I get points
What happened
Sometimes, a small dust could appears where I hit the balloon and I hear the hit sound, but it doesn’t pop and I get no points.
