A simple visual bug. All players you see riding a tube in the water will always flick up/down endlessly.
Equip a tube, enter water and players will see you flick endlessly whenever you’re moving in the water.
I expect everyone not to flick while riding tube in the water. Once in a while I wanted to chill and ride the lazy river with friends or chill at beach party and seeing everyone flick kills the vibe, haha
Bug is still present in [0.17.11.0]. I genuinely want this bug to be fixed, I like hanging out with friends vibing in water and seeing everyone flicking violently is no fun. haha

What steps do you do to get it to happen, or does it just always do this?

It always does this everywhere in Plazas and Condos whenever you are a host or non-hosts; You won’t see it on your own character but you’ll always see everyone flick riding their swimming tube in water anywhere
