No workshop models will load while playing Tower on Linux through Proton. All versions of Proton, including ProtonGE, do not resolve this problem. As a result I am playing with just transparent default models.
This also applies to workshop items in condos, which will also not load. At the bottom of my screen I will see the steam workshop logo UI load forever.

Steps to Reproduce
- Install Tower Unite on Arch Linux
- Force compatability by selecting a Proton version
- Log into any populated server or condo, you will not see any workshop models load

I expected to see other people’s workshop models or items.

No workshop models or items will ever load.
