[0.17.10.0] Movers show weird for clients on spawn

So one of my rides isn’t cooperating. It looks fine for me, but people who join, the cars will be attached to the movers, but will be rotated funky (they don’t have a rotation offset on them). If I manually cycle the move, the car I do that for snaps into place for them. Also if the ride is fully cycled while they’re in the condo, when it stops everything is in place for them.

In this use case, the ride cars actually start out 90 degrees and the mover is set to rotate them to the resting position shown, with the timer activating reverse on it when it needs to be swung outwards. I can open condo for any staff that would like to investigate further. This is the only ride I have this issue with.
