[0.17.10.0] Mover simple has broken position

Mover Simple has broken position and rotation of item, when has set offset position or moves.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place mover
  2. Wire any item to it
  3. Add offset position a bit, make simple animation of moving from A to B
  4. Make it repeat animation to see how it moves
  5. Rotate and reposition the mover itself

What I expected to happen

Position animation will be relative to mover position AND rotation.

What happened

Position has absolutely same direction with no matter of where mover rotated to.
