Steps to Reproduce
Use the Tower Glove and try to duplicate something.
What I expected to happen
The item I’m trying to duplicate should go on the face of what I’m looking at.
What happened
The item I’m trying to duplicate is placed on the head of my character rather than the face of what I’m looking at.

Do you know what items you were wearing at the time?
At the time it was the rubber duck hat and the iridescent glasses, however I did test this without any accessories and even changed my player model and the issue still occurred

Nevermind, I had found the issue, I had a workshop item that was scaled up, engulfing my entire scene and I was inside of it which was messing with the duplication tool.
