[0.17.1.0] Flamethrower lingering damage happens inconsistently (maybe only for host)

I like to have some sort of image/video evidence on hand for bug reports but I don’t for this one, sorry.


Whenever I hit someone with a flamethrower, they typically don’t take damage after I directly hit them, but a couple days ago I noticed that after hitting someone they’d continue to take damage for about a second.

I think I was hosting the server when I noticed this, so maybe the lingering damage only works/displays for the server host? I’m not sure, though.
