Player can’t use teleporters while inside Water Volumes. This also includes teleporters set to “Ask permission”
Steps to Reproduce
Place a teleporter inside a Water Volume, and attempt to use it

This is now fixed in the next update.

I tested this with a friend, and it seems it may only be fixed for hosts at the moment.
EDIT: nevermind that person just rejoined and now it’s working
