[0.17.0.0] Game Crashes for Others Upon Entering Condo

Do you happen to have a water cooler in your condo? Pretty much this exact issue was occuring for a couple other people and stashing their water cooler(s) fixed it:

Everyone but me crashes when enterting Condo that worked perfect before [0.17.0.0] Broken Feature

My friend had the same problem; everyone but him would crash in his default condo that was fine for years and years until 0.17.0.0. We were able to deduce that the speed of the crash meant it was caused by something that was close to spawn, and also because it was stable if I ran far out into the ocean and had him reload the snapshot.
