For any player, upon entering my condo, the game instantly crashes for them, or crashes after a few seconds. I am unsure as what would be causing this, as I have not altered decorations/items within the condo for a long time.There are no oddities on my end as the owner/host.

It could be some texture in your condo that is corrupted that someone new joining would have to download, but you downloaded it a log time ago and it is stuck in your condo cache. I’d try getting rid of workshop items and see if people are able to join then. If not, try removing things with custom image links and try again

Do you happen to have a water cooler in your condo? Pretty much this exact issue was occuring for a couple other people and stashing their water cooler(s) fixed it:
