If you place stuff on the lower area of the highrise condo, you cannot select them unless you choose them from the Item Finder menu

Steps to Reproduce (For items)
- Place any item
- End editing it
- You cannot longer select it

Being able to select stuff anywhere on the lower area
What happened
Cannot select anything unless I am at a certain distance
