[0.16.8.0] VR Mode launches in Oculus mode instead of SteamVR while in Quest Link

Steps to Reproduce

Connect to PC with the Quest via Quest Link or AirLink, launch SteamVR and then launch Tower Unite through SteamVR

What I expected to happen

Play the VR mode within SteamVR, have little to no lag, have normal controls, and be at normal height.

What happened

Launches in Oculus instead of SteamVR, which causes lag and gets worse when I look into a mirror, my movement is inverted, and my view point is way above my body.

Notes / Media

I tested ALVR, everything is fine and launches, except for my view point being very high up and not able to click anything in ALVR, I can test Virtual Desktop, but I would prefer a cable.

This isn’t exclusive to Oculus.

Well I am only reporting what I know for certain, since I only have an Oculus headset

Decided to try an option in OVR Advanced Settings that forces games to run in SteamVR and it worked for Tower Unite, and the controls are normal, but I am not able to click the buttons on the panel still
