[0.16.7.0] Condo Snapshots not working

Creating a condo snapshot does not work in any condo.

Steps to Reproduce

What I expected to happen

Condo Snapshot to be created.

Looks like Steam was down for a bit while you were attempting to make a snapshot. It seems to be working now.
