[0.16.6.1] New PartyCon handheld systems stays in world when placing item back in inventory

The new handheld PartyCon systems stay in the world after taking them out of your hand slots and back into the inventory.

Reproduce By:

  1. Have PartyCon System in Hand
  2. Put PartyCon System back in Inventory
