[0.16.6.0] Treasure from sea treasures spawning too low

Treasures all spawned too low for some reason, making it impossible to dig them up and redeem them.
Haven’t tried to replicate it, but doesn’t seem to happen normally. Did happen when the treasure event triggered while I was playing bingo, though.

I am also having this issue. I’ve had it happen 3 times now, its really annoying.

Yeah, still happening for me as well (version 0.18.5.0).
